When trying to open any attachment to an e-mail using Microsort Office 365 I am unable to open it, however if it is in PDF I have no problem. Chrome in Android prevents downloading files over HTTPS with an unsigned cert (or self signed cert). The workaround is to use a different browser, but a better fix is to use a signed cert which is extremely easy to get using let's encrypt.
